Our experience
We have over 30 years experience in handling personal injury cases. Our approach
We start by meeting with you so that we can better understand your injuries and how they occurred. We will get a copy of the accident report and copies of all of the medical records and medical bills. We will then prepare a comprehensive claim evaluation setting forth the facts of your case and explaining why you are entitled to a recovery.
We will negotiate with the insurance company on your behalf. We will tell you about all settlement offers we receive and we will get your approval in advance for all settlement offers we make. At this stage of the case, our goal is to get the highest offer possible for settlement of your case. You will then decide whether to accept that offer or to authorize us to file a lawsuit on your behalf. Although we will make a recommendation to you about this, the final decision is always yours.
Most of our cases settle without having to file a lawsuit. If it is necessary to file a lawsuit, we will appear with you at all stages of the lawsuit. We will continue to try to reach a settlement for you while the lawsuit is pending. You will still have the final decision regarding any settlement offers.
Our results
We have obtained monetary compensation for our clients to compensate them for medical bills, lost wages and pain and suffering. Generally, there are no taxes to be paid on the money you receive for a personal injury settlement.
Our fees
Usually we charge a contingent percentage fee for personal injury cases. This means that we charge a percentage of the total recovery as our fee. If there is no recovery, we do not collect a fee.
